Immaterial property consists of the legal relationship between the author and his work, such property has guaranteed legal protection, and the use or misappropriation of such heritage has criminal capitulation regulated in Title III of the Special Part of the Penal Code.

Our work aims to protect the use and property of the intellectual work, as well as in the defense of possible misuse, guaranteeing the right to contradictory and due legal process.
